¹ For participants under age of 35 on September 24, 2016. Proof of status by your supervisor/head of department or equivalent is required.

One-way transfer shuttle service (airport-hotel or hotel-airport) will be available between September 20-25, 2016 for congress participants. The cost is 40 Euros one-way (VAT not included).
- Arrival or departure flight changes will be taken into consideration if they are requested 24 hours in advance
- For flight changes within 24 hours of travel, please contact registration@apsistanbul2016.org and we will attempt to accommodate you
- For private transfers, please contact Serenas International Tourism dilara.doger@serenas.com.tr
Cancellation Policy
Please e-mail registration@apsistanbul2016.org for all cancellations. Prior to Friday, July 15, 2016, the full amount will be refunded after the deduction of 100 Euro processing fee. After July 15, 2016, no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be nominated. No refunds will be made for no-shows, late check-ins, or early check-outs.
